Step 5: List Your Home For Sale

A listing agreement must be signed before your home can be advertised for sale by a REALTOR®. Completing the proper listing paperwork to put your home on the market is key, so we make sure everything is done correctly the first time around to avoid delays.

You should also be provided a copy of ALL the documents you sign. Make sure to keep those documents in a safe place in case you ever need them.
