Once you’ve made it through the option period, the buyer’s due diligence, and any financing/appraisal contingency periods, closing is in sight, and you should start to prepare for closing day.

After the lender has confirmed the buyer has been conditionally approved for the loan and can provide a commitment letter, the transaction will most likely be completed.
